On Wednesday, 19th July 2017, a group of students were selected to take part in the Challenge 4 Change programme called ‘Teammates Not Inmates’. This was a unique opportunity to develop self-discipline, communication skills and resilience.
Manchester Academy Year 10 students who have been participating in the MCFC Pathways Programme were rewarded for their hard work with a reward trip to Laser Quest in Knutsford.
On Thursday, 8th June, a group of Year 10 students went to the ‘No Ordinary Job’ event at RAF Leeming. This initiative was specifically aimed at students who are approaching the end of formal education and may be considering a career in the Armed Forces.

20 students from Year 9 and Year 10 were chosen to take part in the Student Leadership Accreditation training this week.
