Year 5 students from Rolls Crescent Primary School enjoyed a percussion samba class as part of their day visiting school.
Mr Burns divided the class of 30 students into four groups, and each group was given a different instrument to play.
The students took part in a range of activities whilst they were visiting school, which included a mini football tournament organised by Manchester United Foundation, a T-shirt printing session, a science class and a quiz about University.
Rolls Crescent Primary School Teaching Assistant Ms Sheils said the students had got a lot out of their visit.
“They’ve really enjoyed themselves and it’s helped ease any worries and concerns they had about starting high school.”
