This was a unique opportunity to develop self-discipline, communication skills and resilience. 

Early intervention is the necessary step taken for Manchester Academy students that have been identified as having made some poor behaviour choices which inevitably have a negative impact on their learning and other students. 

This measure ensures that students fulfil their potential and make progress in their learning to secure future success and wellbeing. While there were several high tariff students, they behaved impeccably and were great ambassadors of Manchester Academy. The students were put through their paces with some team building challenges and they were also advised on how to become more positive.
