Our Principal was thrilled to receive Secondary School Leader of the Year at the national Education Business Awards in London.
During a winner’s speech at the ceremony, the audience was told Mr Eldon has a track record in transforming the chances of many young learners. His leadership skills have brought numerous benefits to the local community, while his ambition has helped to develop pride and confidence in staff and pupils under his wing for the past 15 years.
Mr Eldon was very proud to win the Leadership Award at the event on June 14th.
“This was a lovely recognition of everyone’s hard work and puts us on the national map, demonstrating the talent within our community.
“This is for all our students, staff, families and everyone in Moss Side. Making Manchester Magic, every day!” he said.
Manchester Academy was also nominated for the Outstanding Progress Award - Secondary School in the 2023 Education Business Awards.
The Education Business Awards have been recognising the achievements and hard work from schools to support their pupils, parents and staff since 1998.
