Abubakar Wins 'Academy's Got Talent'!

The second 'Academy's Got Talent' kicked off in style on Tuesday 15^th December, when the ten finalists stepped into the spotlight to prove they really knew how to put the ‘A’ into artistic.

Students took to the stage, performing a huge variety of singing, dancing, beat-boxing numbers. The judges were completely blown away by the standard of performance. “I tell you what, Simon Cowell’s selection of wannabe’s are no match for this exceptional bunch!” gleamed Miss Beckett, the organiser. 

The overall winner was Abubakar Karim (Year 7) for his unique break-dancing performance, which truly demonstrated his wonderful raw talent. Congratulations Abubakar and well done to all the finalists for making the evening so special!
