Summer Half Term
A group of Manchester Academy girls spent a day at Greater Manchester Police's Sedgeley Park training college today. The day aimed to highlight the opportunities within policing for black and minority ethnic young people.
A workshop this week built on the work of Computing teacher, Mr Duckworth's mission to persuade girls to think seriously about a career in Computer Science and Engineering.
As part of Manchester Academy’s STEM week, medical students, Abby Huckle and Junaid Aamir today gave an informative presentation highlighting the range of opportunities in the field of healthcare.
On Wednesday, 21st September in the Sports Hall, 2.45 - 3.45pm. Manchester Academy will be holding our annual College Fair for all Year 11 students and their parents/guardians.
