14-year-old Yusuf, who is himself profoundly deaf, met the Prime Minister when visiting the Conservative Party Conference in Manchester earlier this week as a representative for the National Deaf Children’s Society.
Said Yusuf, who is from the Moss Side area of Manchester:
“I was really pleased to have had the opportunity to speak to Mr Cameron. The conference was a brilliant opportunity to meet the people who actually have the power to make positive changes for deaf children.”
