Remembering them days
When you was foolish and young
When all you could think about
Is being a hood.

Remembering them days
When school was like
Living hell, getting shouted at
Everywhere you go
Making you wish for the homeland
Nigeria.

Coming from Africa to Europe
Missing your homeland
Day and night
Dreaming that day will come.

From place to place, tryna
Blend in, acting like
A badman, wearing a hood
Clothes making people fear you
Thinking it good.

Back in Nigeria
Weaving clothes this
Is where I shine. Ain’t anybody
to beat me
Wearing my fly style
African clothes

All them girls like whooo
Oma yi ti duu ju
Moma quadun omo aye o
This boy is too fine
I will enjoy him.

Das why coming
From sunset to sunrise
Yes yea dreaming ma country.
