Staff Achievements

The staff at Manchester Academy are a talented bunch, who take part in many development opportunities both in and out of school. Get a flavour of our staff’s latest professional and personal achievements.  

• All staff have passed the Level 1 training on the Promethean Interactive Whiteboard so to ensure that the learning in our classrooms is at the cutting edge of practice.
• Well done to all staff, who were graded 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.
• Congratulations to Jane Delfino, Director of Enterprise and Internationalism, who was awarded the Queen's Award for Enterprise Promotion.
• Congratulations to Kelly Webb, who on Sunday 1^st February 2009 took part in a gruelling cross country run followed by one of Britain’s toughest assault courses. Kelly raised money for the Samantha Dickson Brain Tumour Trust.
