Applying

Step 1	Complete the application form. You can download it opposite or visit the academy to get your copy to fill in.	6^th Form Application Form.doc

Step 2	To complete section 4, you will need to have a reference, so you will need to ask somebody at your school if they will be your referee.

Step 2	Sign the application form and get a parent or guardian to sign the form also.

Step 5	We will acknowledge receipt of your application form and will contact you over the following weeks.

Step 6	If your application is successful you will be invited for an interview. All interviews are held at Manchester Academy. If you require assistance with the application form, please do not hesitate to contact the Sixth Form Office.
