Regular Bookings

  • A regular booking is defined as ‘series’ of 10 or more lets on a single written agreement. To be considered a ‘series’ of lets, the interval between each individual let must be between 2 and 14 days.
  • Regular bookings are eligible for a 40% discount on the standard hourly rate.  
  • All other bookings are charged according to the standard hourly rate.

VAT

  • Regular Bookings are exempt from VAT.  
  • Lettings to individuals are exempt from VAT.  
  • Letting of non sporting facilities are exempt from VAT.

*If separate hire charges apply for extra equipment, catering, etc, these charges will be liable to VAT.

*Where bookings are subject to VAT, this is charged in addition to the standard hourly rate.

*Lettings of sporting facilities to organizations are subject to VAT.
