Higher Level Literacy

Students with a higher level of literacy skill are delivered English lessons, which are based around a series of novels or projects that both engage interest and encourage learning.

We also run two extra-curricular clubs to encourage students to stretch their literacy skills even further: a talented writing club that devotes time to writing satire and comedy and a comics club which mixes illustrative and story-writing skills.
