You will need a reference, so you will have to provide a referee from school to complete section 4 on the Application Form.

Sign the Application Form and get a parent or guardian to sign the form also.

Submit your form (by hand or by post) to the Sixth Form Office.

If your application is successful you will be invited for an Interview.
