- White shirt (regulation short/long sleeved)

- 1 small simple ear stud or sleeper (in ear only)

Girls
- A Manchester Academy royal blue blazer with school badge
- White blouse (regulation short/long sleeved)
- School tie (available from the Academy)
- Black straight skirt OR Black TAILORED trousers
- Sensible low-heeled black shoes
- Plain white/black socks or black tights
- 1 watch
- 1 pair simple ear studs or sleepers (in ear only)

Note:
- Trainers are NOT allowed, except for PE lessons.
- Hooded sweatshirts and baseball caps are NOT allowed.
- Blazers, ties and PE kit is available to order from the Academy.
Department stores and larger supermarkets can be used for shoes, trousers, skirts and shirts.

The Academy has a policy that all students wear full uniform. A uniform encourages pride and creates a good image inside and outside the building. Students not in uniform will be withdrawn from lessons or sent home until their appearance is acceptable.
- If there are problems, we request you contact the House Tutor for help and advice.
- All items are compulsory unless marked otherwise. Variations are not allowed.
- Extremes of hairstyle, especially those likely to cause offence to other members of the community or intended to represent a cult, gang or fashion statement, are not allowed.
