Standards & Expectations

Staff at Manchester Academy are committed to high standards and expectations.
At Manchester Academy we have 'No Excuses' standards expectation.
Our aim is that all Manchester Academy students will enjoy their learning experience!


- Teaching staff will be on time for lessons and will expect students to be also.
- Students will remove their outdoor wear before entering the
classroom and will place their student planner and equipment on the
desk. Students will stand by their desks until they are invited to
sit down by their teacher.

- Teachers will ensure that students leave the classroom in an orderly manner and will then remain on environment. Teachers will ensure that students leave all areas as they would expect to find them.
- Classrooms will be kept clean and tidy presenting for all students a stimulating and interesting.
