Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
- Pudding rice ¼ cup
- Milk 1 litre
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Almonds (optional)
Method:
- Boil milk in a heavy base saucepan.
- Add the rice and stir until it becomes thick and creamy.
- Add the sugar and stir for an extra 5 minutes.
- Leave it to cool and put it in a serving bowl. If you want to, sprinkle crushed almond on top.
