Rice Pudding

Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • Pudding rice ¼ cup
  • Milk 1 litre
  • Sugar 4 tablespoons
  • Almonds (optional)

Method:

  • Boil milk in a heavy base saucepan.
  • Add the rice and stir until it becomes thick and creamy.
  • Add the sugar and stir for an extra 5 minutes.
  • Leave it to cool and put it in a serving bowl. If you want to, sprinkle crushed almond on top.
