Manchester Academy Arise and Shine
Reclaim your ancient identity
Restore your previous glory
Let what is dead be retracted
Let all fossil remain be brought to life again
And let all wisdom be shared amongst the dull
Manchester Academy, Manchester Academy, arise and shine
Everywhere I go I hear the shouts of Academy
Every time I sleep I feel the blue colour of Academy
Their dignity is self explanatory
The way they dress shows the future in their hands
Manchester academy, arise and shine
Arise and shine my beloved school
Where all my pride lies
Show them we are the stars
What they copy we cannot copy
Our limit will always be the sky
The confidence we have can make
The sun shines all day in winter
The amicability in them
The respect they have to the elders
If I explain you will not understand
It is impossible to explain
Manchester Academy, Manchester Academy, arise and shine
Their principles are locked
Only for one thing
The thing that lies underneath their hearts
Which is school, the behaviour is impressive that every parent
would admire
Manchester Academy, arise and shine
What a lucky girl I am to be at this school
The best in everyone is our slogan
Academy, Academy arise and shine
