Perfect Pancake Russian Style
This is the moment you've all been waiting for.
THE RECIPE FOR THE PERFECT PANCAKE!!!
That's right. this recipe has been passed down from my grandmother,
to my mother and now to me. Over the years the recipe has been
perfected. This is it:
For around 20 pancakes (depends on the thickness):


Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 140g plain flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 200ml milk
- 50g melted butter

Method:
- Whisk 2 eggs into a mixing bowl containing flour, salt and
sugar.
- Put 50g of butter into a pan. Wait till it melts.
- Slowly add the milk, then the melted butter as you whisk.
- In the same pan you melted the butter try a test pancake.
- Pour in the mixture with a large spoon in a smooth motion,
spread the mixture evenly. Cook for around 30 seconds.
- Toss or flip the pancake over. Cook it for around 15
seconds.
- Serve with honey and a squirt of lemon juice at the top.
