• National Enterprise Week started with a bang with year 10 and 11 students participating in the national "Make Your Mark Challenge."

• This year the challenge was to come up with an idea that would enable them to "Have Some Fun and Make A Ton."

• Students had to design a fun product, place or service and produce a business plan with financial and competitor information.

• This was the first year the Academy had participated in the challenge and our students proved more than worthy.

• The winning team, who were from year 10, designed a website that allowed customers to create unique and fun T-shirts.

• All students worked well and we definitely appear to have some budding designers and financial whiz-kids amongst them!
